Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef with onion.
  2. Drain.
  3. In large pot place meat and onion, water, bouillon, and tomatoes.
  4. Bring to a boil; cover and turn heat down to low.
  5. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Stir in orzo and frozen veggies, and salt and pepper.
  7. Allow to simmer an additional 15-20 minutes or until orzo is done.
  8. Serve hot with warm, buttered bread.
