Instructions

  1. Beat eggs.
  2. Gradually add sugar.
  3. stir in lemon juice and pumpkin.
  4. fold in remaining ingredients.
  5. bake in well greased/floured jelly-roll pan 12-15 minutes at 375.
  6. Remove and roll in powdered sugar dish towel.
  7. Cool.
  8. For filling:
  9. Combine all ingredients.
  10. Unroll the cooled roll and frost with filling.
  11. Reroll (without dishtowel) and place on serving plate.
