- cut bologna into thin strips about 4mm wide.
- dice swiss cheese into cubes.
- dice tomatoes.
- dice onions.
- add olive oil and red wine vinegar.
- mix well.
- add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve chilled or right after it's made.
