1 cup mesclun or 1 cup other lettuce, enough to cover your plate,cleaned

1/2 cup cooked chicken

1 medium tomatoes, cut into 8 wedges

1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped

1/4 cup daikon radish, chopped (chinese Radish)

1/4 cup cucumber, peeled & chopped

1/4 cup celery, chopped

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese or 1/2 cup 2% large-curd cottage cheese

crouton
-
salad dressing, of your choice
Instructions
- Place a layer of lettuce on your plate.
- Spread on the chicken and then layer the other ingredients.
- Top with cottage Cheese.
- Sprinkle with croutons& Dressing if using.
