Instructions

  1. Place steaks in the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. add vegetables.
  3. make instant gravy using beef broth instead of water.
  4. pour gravy into pan, covering contents (add a little extra broth if required).
  5. cover with foil.
  6. bake slow and low, approx 300 f for 2 hours.
  7. It may be necessary to thicken the gravy with a little flour or cornstarch.
