Instructions

  1. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
  2. Cream together butter and sugar.
  3. Add egg; beat well.
  4. Blend in vanilla and cooled chocolate.
  5. Add dry ingredients alternately with the sour cream to chocolate mixture.
  6. Stir in walnuts and mini chocolate chips if you're a real chocoholic.
  7. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls, about 2" apart, on greased baking sheets.
  8. Bake 350°F oven 10 minutes or until no imprint remains when lightly touched with finger.
  9. Remove to racks and cool.
  10. Frost with chocolate icing of your choice.
