Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef and flour in skillet. Add onion and brown.
  2. Pour off drippings.
  3. Add tomato sauce, ketchup, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes at 425°F.
  6. Top with cheese and biscuits.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes longer.
