Instructions

  1. Brown pork in a little hot fat.
  2. Drain pineapple juice; reserve.
  3. Combine sugar, soy sauce, cornstarch, and vinegar.
  4. Add to juice.
  5. Add to pork and cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add pineapple, onions,and pepper.
  6. Cook three minutes and serve over rice.
