Instructions

  1. Combine dresssing ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake well.
  2. Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. In a sauce pan or skillet combine sugar and almonds.
  4. Stir constantly until nuts are glazed.
  5. Be very careful not to burn.
  6. Pour nuts on waxed paper separating them to cool.
  7. Mix dressing with lettuce and top with almonds to serve.
