Instructions

  1. Cream sugar, butter and peppermint extract thoroughly.
  2. Add flour and salt and blend well.
  3. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and mix well.
  4. Form into one inch balls, place on cookie sheet and cook in 400°F oven for 8- 10minutes.
  5. Cool on rack.
  6. To decorate dip tops in icing, pink and green, and then in coconut.
