Ingredients

linguine (enough for 2 people)

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 teaspoon chili flakes

salt

pepper

1/2 cup sliced green pepper

1/2 cup chopped fresh broccoli

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, to taste

2 tablespoons cream cheese with garlic and herbs

1/2 cup half-and-half cream
Instructions
- Put pasta cooking.
- Heat oil in skillet and saute the garlic and peppers.
- Add chilli flakes, pepper and salt to taste.
- Add the cream- stir well.
- Add the cheeses- mix both in well- it should look a bit creamy and thick.
- In the last 2 minutes of cooking the pasta, add the broccoli to the pasta pot.
- (This will cook it a bit, but still leave it crunchy).
- Drain pasta and add to the sauce mixture, toss well and plate.
- Garnish with additional parmesan cheese.
- Enjoy!
