Instructions

  1. Place the washed chicken in the crock pot.
  2. Cover with 1 cup of water, salt, and pepper (add any extra spices you may enjoy).
  3. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 6-8 hours.
  4. Let cool and debone the chicken (save the liquid).
  5. Separate the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Prepare the egg noodles according to the package.
  8. Mix the drained noodles and the chicken together.
  9. Add about 1 cup of the reserved liquid leftover from the crock pot.
  10. You can add more if you like them extra moist.
  11. This freezes quite well too.
  12. It makes a lot at once.
