  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place tomatoes with liquid in medium bowl.
  3. Add garlic, stuffing mix and water; stir just until stuffing mix is moistened.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with basil and cheese.
  6. Top with stuffing mixture.
  7. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
