Instructions

  1. Cut the bacon slices into halves.
  2. Wrap the water chestnuts with the bacon pieces; secure with wooden picks.
  3. Place in a shallow 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; drain.
  5. Combine the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, hot sauce and sugar in a bowl; mix well.
  6. Pour over the water chestnuts.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes longer.
