Instructions

  1. Combine mushrooms and wine in a large skillet; Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Cook until wine is reduced to 1/4 cup.
  3. Add cream and tarragon to mushroom mixture in skillet; Cook until sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in green onions, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; Drain well.
  7. Place pasta in a large serving bowl.
  8. Top with sauce and toss gently to coat.
