Instructions

  1. Melt butter in baking dish; set aside.
  2. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients.
  3. Combine egg white and buttermilk.
  4. Dip chicken in egg mixture and dredge in flour mixture, coating well.
  5. Place chicken in baking dish, coating once with butter.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  7. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done.
