Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini into 1 inch rounds.
  2. Arrange the zucchini, cherry tomatoes and mushroom caps on skewers.
  3. Remember, if you are using wooden skewers, to presoak them in water.
  4. Combine the butter and remaining ingredients.
  5. Brush butter mix over kabobs.
  6. Place on grill and cook for about 10 minutes, or until done, turning and brushing with butter mix every couple of minutes.
