Instructions

  1. In a large skillet heat the oil over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add the garlic and saute and saute 30 seconds.
  3. Add beans and yellow pepper; saute 3 to 5 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender.
  4. Add the basil, honey, lemon zest, salt and pepper; saute 30 seconds.
  5. Add the lemon juice and saute another 30 seconds.
  6. Serve immediately.
