Instructions

  1. Arrange corned beef on 4 slices of bread.
  2. Top each with a quarter or the sauerkraut, 2 tablespoons of the dressing and a slice of the cheese.
  3. Top with remaining bread slices.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 to 3 tablespoons butter.
  5. Cook sandwiches until bread is lightly browned on one side.
  6. Turn sandwiches over, and brown on other side, adding more butter if necessary.
  7. Cook until cheese is melted and meat is heated through.
