Instructions

  1. Place all but the chicken into a 5qt.
  2. pot with lid.
  3. Bring to a boil,stirring frequently.
  4. Reduce heat to simmer and reduce to almost half.
  5. Stir frequently as this can burn.
  6. Let cool,off heat, 20 minutes.
  7. Add chicken and blend well.
  8. Marinate no more than 30 minutes in cool place.
  9. Turn into baking dish and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour.
  10. Baste at least three times while baking.
  11. * Cut cholestrol down further by using boneless skinless chicken breasts.
