Instructions

  1. Saute onions till tender.
  2. Add celery and cubed potatoes, saute about 3-4 additional minutes.
  3. Add 4 cups water, bring to boil.
  4. Add spices, then simmer till potatoes are tender.
  5. Mash potatos within soup.
  6. In cup, combine flour and 1/2 cup water.
  7. Slowly add to soup while whisking.
  8. Bring to boil once again.
  9. Taste and season as necessary.
  10. Serve hot.
