  1. finely grate the potatoes& sprinkle salt over them.
  2. sprinkle the flour over potatoes to absorb the liquids.
  3. Once liquids are absorbed, add 2 tablespoons of oil.
  4. in a small bowl, put yeast, 2 tablespoons warm water, and 2 tablespoons of salt to create a yeasty mixture.
  5. mix everything together along with eggs.
  6. let rise for 1/2 hour.
  7. fry in shallow oil--let the mixture fill the pan, to make big fluffy pancakes.
