Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar; add the egg and mix well.
  2. Combine the dry ingredients; add alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Stir in zucchini, nuts, raisins, and orange peel.
  3. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 12-14 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and cookies are set.
  5. Makes about 4 dozen.
