Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Coat chicken with spices and cook for 30 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter, sauté onion till translucent.
  4. Add garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds, add cream and cheeses.
  5. When sauce is smooth, add squash and asparagus.
  6. Heat through.
  7. Add 2 T drippings from chicken pan and stir.
  8. Serve chicken on top of squash, garnish with tomatoes.
