Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and pudding mix.
  2. Gradually beat in flour.
  3. Fold in pecans.
  4. Roll into 1 1/2-inch balls.
  5. Place balls 2-inches apart on greased baking sheets.
  6. Flatten to 1/2-inch with a greased glass.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 13 minutes or until light golden brown.
  8. Remove to wire racks.
