Instructions

  1. Microwave millet and water in a microwave-proof bowl for 15 minutes; set aside.
  2. Sauté onion in butter over medium high heat until onion is very tender.
  3. Mix onion with millet.
  4. Beat together eggs, corn with juice, and remaining 4 ingredients.
  5. Combine egg mixture with millet.
  6. Place all in a 9x13-inch pan.
  7. Bake, covered, at 325°F for 40 minutes.
