Instructions

  1. Mix crust ingredients, save aside 2 tablespoons.
  2. Press rest on bottom of 13x9 greased glass dish or pan.
  3. Dissolve jell-o in boiling water, cool.
  4. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar.
  5. Beat in vanilla,.
  6. Slowly beat in jell-o.
  7. Beat/fold in Cool Whip.
  8. Beat in 3-4 drops green food coloring.
  9. Spoon over crust, smooth top.
  10. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
  11. Chill til set, 3 hours or overnight.
  12. Serve topped with more Cool Whip and a maraschino cherry.
