Instructions

  1. Wash beans.
  2. Drain.
  3. Remove strings and trim ends.
  4. Cut into 2 inch pieces.
  5. Pack beans into a hot quart jar leaving 1 inch head space.
  6. Add Salt.
  7. Ladle boiling water over beans-again leaving 1 inch head space.
  8. Wipe rims and adjust 2 piece caps.
  9. Process quarts for 25 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
  10. **Shouldyou wish to use pints use 1/2 t salt and process 20 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
