Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Spread asparagus in a single layer on a shallow baking pan or baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle salt to taste.
  5. Spread minced garlic over all stalks.
  6. Place pan in oven for 10-12 minutes--stalks should be roasted, but still crisp.
  7. Serve immediately.
