Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup gravy in a large bowl.
  3. Add meat, stuffing and eggs- mix lightly.
  4. Shape mixture into a loaf and place in a baking pan.
  5. Pour 2/3 of the remaining gravy over the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for about 50 minutes under a loose foil cap, then remove and cook about another 50 minutes until top is browned-
  7. If desired, potatoes and carrots could be added to the pan around the meatloaf.
  8. If I do add them, I mix some water with the remaining gravy and pour it over the potatoes.
