Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes in salted water until done.
  2. Drain and put back into the pan.
  3. Add sour cream, cream cheese and garlic salt; mash.
  4. Turn into baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 45 to 50 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
