Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
  2. In a microwave or heavy saucepan, melt chips and oil, stir until smooth.
  3. Pour over popcorn mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Immediately spread onto two baking sheets.
  5. let stand until dry, about 2 hours.
  6. store in an airtight container.
  7. Cooking time is cooling time.
