Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions; drain- do NOT rinse.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over med-high heat, brown sausage; drain if necessary.
  3. Turn heat down to medium. Add oil, garlic, onion, green pepper, tomatoes and oregano to skillet with sausage and sautee and stir for about 5 minutes. Stir in cooked hot pasta and toss around to coat and heat through.
  4. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and serve.
