Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken in a small bowl.
  2. Microwave about 15 seconds to melt sugar.
  3. Stir to blend.
  4. Brown chicken in a large saute pan coated with cooking spray about 5-10 minutes.
  5. Add sauce.
  6. Cook over low heat stirring sauce & turning chicken occasionally for about 10 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
  7. Serve with rice if desired.
  8. 4 servings.
