Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine all cookie ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
  4. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until edged are lightly browned.
  6. Meanwhile -- combine all glaze ingredients in small bowl; stir until smooth.
  7. Frost warm cookies with glaze.
  8. Sprinkle with grated lemon peel, if desired.
