Instructions

  1. Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and oranges.
  2. Beat on high about 6 minutes.
  3. Put in round pans, very well greased and floured.
  4. Bake 15 minutes 325 degrees.
  5. Let cool.
  6. mix pudding with pineapple with juice, fold in a large bowl of cool whip.
  7. Top cake with this.
