Instructions

  1. Chop ginger and garlic coarsely.
  2. Heat a cast iron skillet.
  3. Add sesame oil.
  4. Let the oil heat and then add garlic and ginger.
  5. Once the garlic had caramelized, add scallops.
  6. Sprinkle with tamari and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Squeeze a whole lime into the skillet and cook for one more minute.
  8. Serve immediately.
  9. It's very important not to overcook the scallops!
