Instructions

  1. Boil fettuccine in a large pot of salted water until cooked. (about 10-12 minutes).
  2. Chop bacon, fry gently in a frying pan.
  3. Add mushrooms and corn.
  4. Slice zucchini into rounds and add to pan with the cream.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add spring onions and parmesan cheese.
  7. Stir.
  8. Add cooked pasta to pan and mix well.
  9. Serve.
