Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in sauce pan and saute garlic for 1 minute.
  2. At low temperature add flour.
  3. Stir to make a paste.
  4. Slowly add milk to paste until you achieve an even consistency.
  5. Add salt, basil, parmesan or pecorino and pepper to sauce and cook over low heat until you reach a desired thickness.
  6. Pour over freshly cooked pasta.
