Instructions

  1. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press or roll each biscuit into a 5 1/2-inch circle.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes.
  3. Add biscuit circles; cook 3 minutes.
  4. Turn; continue cooking 3 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from pan.
  5. Place 2 slices of cheese on 4 biscuit circles; top with remaining biscuit circles.
  6. Return to skillet; cook 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Turn; cook 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
