Instructions

  1. Slice potatoes and kumara thinly.
  2. Place into a casserole dish in layers.
  3. Chop onion & garlic finely and sprinkle over potato and kumara.
  4. Crumble the stock cube over onion, then add herbs.
  5. Pour the cream over.
  6. Follow with the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly on top.
  8. Bake in a 180C oven for approx 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and top is golden and crispy.
