Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add Sugar snap peas, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir-fry until crisp-tender, or about 3 minutes.
  4. Add basil and lemon zest, stir-fry until basil is wilted and fragrant.
  5. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
