Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine bran cereal, bananas, and milk in a large bowl, stirring well; let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Add sugar, oil, egg, and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; stir into bran mixture just until combined.
  5. Spoon batter into a paper-lined muffin pan.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
