1 lb ground beef

1 garlic clove, minced

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons basil, chopped

1/2 teaspoon pepper

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup onion, diced

2 tablespoons oil

3 potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced

4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated

1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup potato, mashed with

2 ounces cheddar cheese, grated

3/4 cup breadcrumbs, in 1/4 in chunks

1/2 cup milk

1 egg

1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine all crust ingredients and press into a 9 inch pie pan.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven; set aside.
- For the filling, sauté garlic and onion in oil for 5 minutes.
- Combine the potatoes (reserving enough to make 1/2 cup mashed for the topping) and cheese with garlic and onion, chilies, salt and pepper.
- Mix well and spread over the beef crust.
- Combine all the topping ingredients and pour over the filling.
- Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
