Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Place chicken parts, skin side down, on a broiler pan.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the mustard and the mayonnaise and brush half of this on the chicken.
  4. Broil 8-10 inches from the heat for 10-12 minutes and then turn the chicken and brush with the remaining mustard mixture.
  5. Broil 10-12 minutes, until done.
