Instructions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with 1 teaspoon of the seasoning mix.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken; cook 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  4. Add remaining seasoning mix and water; bring to boil.
  5. Stir in rice; cover.
  6. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in 1 cup of the sour cream.
  8. Top with chicken; sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Cover and cook an additional 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  10. Top with remaining 1/2 cup sour cream.
