Instructions

  1. Saute rice mix with butter over medium heat until golden brown.
  2. Slowly stir in 2-1/2 cups water, seasoning package and corn.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes or until rice is tender.
  5. Stir in bbq sauce and ground beef.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Cover and let stand 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
