Instructions

  1. Remove meat from lobsters and chop into bite size chunks.
  2. Add celery.
  3. Add mayonnaise a bit at a time, so as not to make it to moist (better with just a tad of mayo).
  4. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Place lettuce leaf in each roll.
  7. Mound lobster salad into each roll.
  8. Enjoy!
