Instructions

  1. Preheat wok or large skillet. Add olive oil.
  2. When very hot, add all vegetables.
  3. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add bouillon, balsamic vinegar, and water.
  5. Quickly cover and let steam for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and toss.
  7. Sprinke with cheese and serve.
