Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease and flour a 9x13-inch pan.
  3. In large saucepan over low heat, melt 1/2 cup butter and 1 oz. square of chocolate.
  4. Add remaining bar ingredients, mix well.
  5. Spread into prepared pan.
  6. In small bowl combine 6 oz. cream cheese with sugar, flour, butter, egg and vanilla. Blend until smooth and fluffy. Stir in nuts.
  7. Spread over the chocolate mixture. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  8. Bake 25-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Remove from oven, sprinkle with marshmallows and bake 2 minutes more.
  10. In large saucepan over low heat, melt 1/4 cup butter, 1 oz. chocolate square and remaining cream cheese and milk.
  11. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  12. Immediately pour over the marshmallows and swirl together.
  13. Makes 3 dozen squares.
